Concept to closed beta in under nine months. Agents that find the bottlenecks hiding in tools like Jira and Slack.

What needed solving
Small teams live inside Jira and Slack, and the slow parts of their work are spread across both. Nobody has time to read every ticket and thread to find where things stall. The bet: agents that do that reading and surface the bottlenecks.
what shipped
What I did
- Defined the product and ran the roadmap, with one design partner in the loop from the first sprint.
- Worked daily with engineering, sales and the first design partner, turning their feedback into backlog priorities.
- Integrations with Jira and Slack as the first data sources for the agents.
